• This contest is open to anyone except all employees, associates, and immediate families of PHOTOCOMPETITIONONLINE.COM contest.
• Multiple entries are permissible, but each entry must be accompanied by a separate Entry Form and entry fee.
• Once material has been entered, no substitutions of new photos or images will be considered. You may submit a revised
photo as a new submission, fill in an entry form and pay the appropriate entry fee if you would like.
• Contestants under the age of 18 years old must have parents permission to participate.
• Contest applicants must accept without reservation the decisions rendered by the judges.
• The work or submitted material must not have been previously optioned, sold, or produced for profit.
• Contestant understands and accepts without reservation that he/she/ is an independent contractor and that Contest Administrators are not responsible for withholding any taxes or payments to any government agency, at any level, be it state, local or federal.
• Contestant understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to register Material with the U.S. Copyright Office or the appropriate agency in his/her country.

• All entries must be received by MARCH 17h, 2010. PHOTOCOMPETIONONLINE reserves the right to extend the posted contest deadline up to 90 days.
• PHOTOCOMPETITIONONLINE is not responsible for late or lost submissions.
• When your photo and payment have all been received, you will be notified by E-mail only within two-four weeks. So please provide an appropriate E-mail address; If your email address and/or home address changes please let us know.
• By entering this contest and in the event you are declared a finalist, you understand and accept that we will be free to use your name and likeness for advertising or promotional purposes without additional consideration.
• If you are a finalist you agree to give PHOTOCOMPETITIONONLINE the permission to post your photo on its web site.
• All contest participants understand and agree with the following PHOTOCOMPETITIONONLINE very much intends to offer a digital camera to the Grand Prize Winner of each year's con application fees collected from all photo entries of the same year. The Grand prize Winner is under no obligation to accept the camera or prizes upon its offering if entry is selected by Sponsor as the winning entry, he/she will sign any additional license or release that Sponsors may require, and will not publicly display his or her of Sponsor. Each contestant further acknowledges thathe/she may be asked to sign an additional release in connection with Sponsor's use or publication of the photograph.
